And bringing back the pregnancy survey :)
How far along? 12 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: I'm thinking we're still around zero. I still refuse to own a scale, and won't go to the midwife until Wednesday. Watch, it'll be like 10 freaking pounds...
Maternity clothes? a lot. I feel like I peed on the stick and 2 days later my pants stopped fitting. I wear either maternity clothes, or stretchy clothes (I bought 4 stretchy skirts from Old Navy, they're not maternity but I think they'll last the long haul.
Stretch marks? All of what is left over from Finn. They're mostly white and faded, but they're starting to get shiny again as the belly gets bigger
Sleep: Pretty good. I sleep like a rock, which makes me pissy when Finn wakes up in the morning, but it seems the middle of the night peeing that I dealt with early on has temporarily subsided.
Best moment this week: not having a headache or morning sickness!
Movement: I think I've felt the kid two or three times, but its fleeting and faint, so I can't be sure. I expect to get more movement in the next 3 or 4 weeks.
Food cravings: tonight it was Eastern Carolina BBQ (vinegar based pulled pork!), and I've had insane cravings for subway tuna subs. I limit my self to one foot long a week, but would eat it twice a day if I thought it was ok.
Gender: unknown. Jay and I both clearly want boys, and the placenta theory test says boy. But I have no strong feelings. With Finn I just knew, this time, I've got nothing... god help us all if this kid is a girl, LOL
Labor Signs: absolutely not thank you very much
Belly Button in or out? surprisingly shallow for only being 12 weeks
Wedding rings on or off? on. I'm hoping they'll stay on a lot longer this time since I'll be bigger in the cool weather and not so much in the heat. But I have my faux backup ring from my pregnancy with Finn waiting in the wings.
What I miss: alcohol. I don't eat sushi, and I didn't give up anything else this time. I eat lunchmeat (not steamed), tuna, caffeine, and a whole host of other things I'm sure the crazy's avoid. When I meet someone who has actuallyharmed their baby with a Dr Pepper, I'll get back on the crazy train, until then, I'm good.
What I am looking forward to: not sure... the baby I guess, LOL. Pregnancy just isn't as exciting this time. I know whats coming, energy and cute belly for about 10 weeks, followed by 10 weeks of bloated waddling misery. I don't hate pregnancy, there is a long portion I really enjoy, but I'm in this for the kid, not the belly.
Weekly Wisdom: Relax. All of you. I have been lurking around my 'birth board' again, and the crazy astounds me. I'm not going to force my family and neighbors to get the flu shot in May, nor am I scared that cinnamon candy is dangerous (she was worried about the cinnamon, which I guess can cause contractions later on - I'm pretty sure there isn't even any real cinnamon in those things, LOL). I'm not having 400 optional tests run, and I'm not running to the ER every time I cough. Take a nap, sit on the couch, enjoy your family now before it changes. Breathe. Seriously.
Milestones: Thisclose to the end of the first trimester :)
Picture tomorrow... or sometime.

1 - I wore an Old Navy non-maternity shirt to the hospital when I was in labor with Justin. Those stretchy t-shirts rock.
2 - I drank Starbucks and/or a Coke every day I was pregnant with Justin. And I had been drinking upwards of 64oz a day of Diet Mt. Dew before I realized I was pregnant with Travis. Once I found out I was pregnant I cut out the artificial sweeteners but continued to have caffeine (although not 64oz a day!)
I'm the opposite. I avoid everything you are suppose to and some. Ha! I'm still not feeling any movement yet.
