We survived 2010 :) Although you obviously wouldn't know it by my blog. The 2.5 year old keeps me on my toes to say the least, and I've started knitting for the still nameless little boy to be in my mommy time. Pregnancy is going well. I'm HUGE this time, as evidenced by the side by side I did last week posted below. I'm not working at a desk this time, so I don't have to wear the stuffy maternity clothes this time, I spend lots of time in yoga pants and extra long tanks. Baby is doing well, growing right on track, penis and all :) Still no name, but I'm workin on it. Baby boy has given me raging heartburn, and the sneezy pees already, its such a darling treat from the unborn... Since baby to be is a boy, he doesn't actually need much of anything, which is actually really nice, I can just get him fun stuff. I got a new baby carrier, a few little brother shirts, and a darling fitted diaper for him to wear home from the hospital (for those in the CD know - I don't really use a ton of fitteds, especially the $$ kind, but I figured since I'm buying this munchkin almost nothing new, I could get him this - and it was in a charity auction :) )
My 'New Years Resolution' if you want to call it that, is to actually get me ass in shape post baby. Despite my issues last time, I really enjoyed running, and I'm planning to give it another go. I'm also planning on breastfeeding helping me shed the extra pounds like last time which will hopefully make all the difference to my legs/knees. I don't have a goal weight or any of that crap, I just want to be in some kind of shape. I know realistically it will be fall/winter before any of this happens, and I'm cool with that. Here's to a great 2011 blog world!!!!
