I've made it 7 whole days in my weight loss journey. And I 'm still motivated. Excellent :) I'm obviously not in shape after one week, but I feel less like jello after my 20 minute not all that difficult workout, so I'll call that an improvement. I've also decided that I like Jillian Michaels, but I just can't do the same video over and over. It makes me want to kick her, and it makes Finn correct my form he's so familiar with what she says (no joke - he was correcting my pushups the other day, I fell over laughing). So I'm going to keep doing Jillian Michaels video but I think I'm gonna start doing yoga in the middle. I also think that a non high impact on my knees will be much appreciated. I felt my first twinge of knee soreness today and freaked out. I'm not over doing it. I will not hurt my knees (and yes, I have been wearing my brace preventative this whole week). Thank you Time Warner cable for having an Exercise OnDemand channel. Its going to save me a lot of money in work out videos.
Finn has made it 4 whole days of potty training! While naked, he has not had a single accident. I'm incredibly proud of him. We put him in underwear Sun am since I was going out Sun pm and wanted a test run. He peed in his underwear twice and then requested a diaper for the party Sin night. I thought that was the kibosh on PTing, but I was shocked that his diaper was 100% dry after we got home from the party, and he went back to naked training without a slip up. He also finally pooped in the potty :) I think I'm going to keep up with the naked time for now, and do short 30 min underwear spurts, so I can make a big deal when they stay dry. But honestly, I have NO problem just letting him be naked all day. This has all been nice and easy so far, and I'm not going to let it get stressful. Neurotic is not my game.

We still do naked at home. It's just easier.
