Day one of what you ask? Day one of try not to look 3 months pregnant for the rest of my natural life. I had my 6 week postpartum visit yesterday, and got the all clear to work out. I'm not a workout junkie, and I suck at diets, but anything has got to be better than what I'm doing now (which is nothing for the record, hahaha). I'm putting this here so I can keep track, and because significantly less people see this than my facebook currently, and I don't want my before pictures flaunted all over facebook- at least not until I have a nice after picture with a smiling face, LOL! (FTR - the frown isn't intentional, I'm just concentrating on technology). My goal is 50lbs (although I don't own a scale - intentionally - so its more like my goal is a size 6). I don't actually have a real time frame, I'm happy to take my time, I'm pretty darn sure the baby factory is out of business, so I've got oodles of time. The plan is Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (like 3 ish times a week as opposed to her recommended 6 times...), and walking. I'd like to move up to the full 6 days a week and the couch to 5k program, and by the end of summer ish I'd like to move up to P90x or Insanity. I think my goals are realistic, and I'm giving myself time, but my body may protest. I'll keep you posted. But for now, here are my before pictures (well, taken immediately after workout 1 - which was level one modified with no weights on the 30 Day Shred workout). No sucking in, or forcing my belly out. This is the real deal.
